There has been a problem with blurred lines between commodity and security classifications in the market.  The regulatory boundaries have long compelled market players to maneuver too long, the chairmen said.  They insisted that conflicting design rests on past jurisdictional lines. The event will support harmonization efforts on American innovation.  President Trump vowed to turn America into a crypto capital. The regulators will fulfill this promise by conducting coordinated oversight. Event Details and Access The conference is to be held at CFTC headquarters on January 29, Thursday. Sessions are between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm Eastern Time. At 2:00 p.m., Chairman Paul Atkins introduces briefly; at 2:20 p.m.  Chairman Mike Selig introduces briefly; at 2:30 p.m., Eleanor Terrett gives opening remarks and leads a fireside chat between the two leaders.
